Revision Policy

We offer revisions for work that does not meet the agreed specifications. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your completed garment to request adjustments.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that cannot be completed to satisfaction. Custom work and completed alterations are generally not eligible for refunds once work has begun.

Damaged Items

While we take every precaution, if your garment is damaged during our service, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation.
